Description
ANEW is committed to the promotion and training of non-traditional employment for young girls and women. Our goal is to go beyond the training, bridging the gap between skilling and employment through our placement cell. Each of our courses is in direct response to the market’s needs and ANEW’s placement team communicates regularly with our partner institutions to receive feedback on our trainees and the content of our courses. In an effort to improve employability, all trainees are also trained in basic soft skills and English language. When they leave our classrooms, they not only have the skills but also the confidence to stand on their own feet and make their mark at the workplace.
Home Nursing
What began with ten students in a garage as our first course has grown to over 3000 women. The course requires only a middle school education and includes theoretical as well as practical components. After three months of training by a qualified trainer, students work at one of our partner institutions for the next three months. At the end of the training, the women work either in individual homes or hospitals. Refresher courses on subjects like physiotherapy, palliative care and cancer awareness are regularly offered to update them on the latest standards of healthcare. ANEW’s nurses are known for their high-quality training and empathetic care.
