Spoorthi Charitable Trust, Mangalore India (Regd) is a registered Trust under Karnataka Registration Act 1957, on 13-10-2010.

The aims and objectives of the Trust is:

To provide home care services to the needy elderly.

To provide health promotive services by setting up multiple centers of physical activity (exercise) for the people in their own locality to prevent ageing and promote active ageing.

To provide preventive services by offering regular check ups of blood sugar, blood pressure and ECG free of cost to the needy elderly and counsel on diet and exercise.

To provide chronic disease management services once a month for diseases like diabetes, High blood pressure ,heart disease and age related diseases and disorders

To accompany elderly members for specialist visits to Tertiary care centers.

To provide home care services such as home visits by doctors, nurses and physiotherapists and to arrange for home nurses either directly or indirectly through existing organizations providing these services.

To provide palliative care and end of life care for the terminally ill patients in their own residence.
