To develop multiple categories of healthcare-focused elder homes & retirement housing that provide comprehensive CARE for Seniors, and also, provide homecare & associated services with partnerships.

Health Care

Nursing care - vital monitoring, sugar monitoring, GCS monitoring (stroke cases), post-operative patient management, stroke patient management, a trained and skilled nursing team to take care of residents and complete ICU care

Medicine management - Prescriptions given by consultant physicians are carefully read through, bought via a trusted local pharmacy and administered to the residents in appropriate doses by duty nurses at a fixed time every day. We also provide services to administer the medication inter-nasally for the seniors who find it difficult to consume it orally.

Activities of daily living ( ADL)- Trained care attendants support seniors in walking, feeding, toileting, bathing, dressing and grooming activities. Regular training sessions are held to educate the attendants on critical care & dementia. These attendants work under supervision of very experience supervisor working along with them.

Massage - Continuing with one of our oldest healing traditions, residents are given a 30-minute massage every day. The purpose is to stimulate the lymphatic system reducing muscle tension, improving blood circulation, reducing stress, anxiety & depression and increasing joint mobility & flexibility.

Physiotherapy – An experienced physiotherapist visits for 5 days week providing sessions on demand or as advised by consultant physicians. She also advises appropriate exercises for each elder.

Emergency Response - Trained BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certified staffs manages emergency situation, Nurses perform BLS (Basic life support)/CPR (cardio pulmonary resuscitation) if required. Resident is shifted to the multi-speciality hospital immediately for advance intervention via ambulance.

Hospital Management – In case of hospitalization, our nurses take care as a family member admitting elder in an appropriate hospital, overseeing care that is being provided and keeping family informed. We also have a reserved bed in Manipal hospital for NEMA residents.

Doctor visit: Weekly doctor visit for all residents.
